Straight answers on price, process, and fit.
We don't do vague quotes or hidden scope. Here is exactly how we price, how we work, and who each of our tiers is built for.
We don't make affordable websites.
We make websites that make sense.
A landing page for a solo coach and a custom booking platform for a 20-room hotel should never cost the same — and neither of them should be "cheap." We scope to fit the business, price to fit the scope, and tell you the number upfront. No bait-and-switch, no surprise invoices.
Three ranges. One that fits you.
Every project gets a written quote after a discovery call. These are the starting points so you know what to expect.

Prices are starting points, not ceilings. The final quote depends on pages, integrations, copy needs, and timeline. We always put the number in writing before any work begins.
The rest of your questions, answered.
Pricing & Philosophy
The questions we get most often — and the honest answers.
No. "Affordable" is a race to the bottom that hurts both sides — you get a generic template, we get a client who resents the invoice. We build at different price ranges that make sense for the business we are building for. A one-page site for a freelancer and a booking system for a 20-room hotel should not cost the same, and neither should be "cheap."
It depends on what the website has to do. We work in three ranges: Essential (a clean presence that builds trust), Growth (lead generation with real conversion structure), and Flagship (custom systems — bookings, dashboards, integrations). We quote per project after a short discovery call, not off a menu.
Because a number without context is either too high for what you need or too low to deliver what you want. We would rather spend 30 minutes understanding your business and give you a price that fits, than post a headline rate that forces us to cut corners to hit it.
Usually not. If another team is quoting significantly less, they are either skipping something (strategy, copywriting, conversion design, proper hosting, handoff) or planning to. We are happy to compare scopes side-by-side so you can see what is actually included — that conversation is always more useful than chasing the lower number.
Yes. Projects are billed in milestones — typically a deposit to start, a midpoint on design approval, and the balance at launch. For larger Flagship builds we structure monthly payments across the timeline. No interest, no financing tricks.
Essential projects start in the low five figures. Growth builds typically land in the mid-to-high five figures. Flagship systems are scoped individually and usually begin in the six figures. These are starting points — the final number depends on pages, features, integrations, and timeline.
Process & Timeline
How we actually work, step by step.
Essential: 2–3 weeks. Growth: 4–6 weeks. Flagship: 8–14 weeks. Timeline depends on how fast you can provide content, approvals, and feedback — we will tell you upfront what we need from you and when.
Discovery call → written proposal and scope → 50% deposit → design draft → revisions → development → content load → QA and speed pass → launch → 14 days of bug-fix support. You get a shared project board so you always know what stage we are on.
Two structured rounds of design feedback are built into every project. We do not count pixel nudges as revisions — a "round" is you going through the design and sending us a consolidated list. Extra rounds after that are billed hourly and we will always warn you before starting the clock.
You know your business better than we do, so yes — you provide the raw material. But we will give you a clear content brief, rewrite what needs rewriting, and source licensed stock photography when needed. Copywriting can be added as a paid add-on if you want us to handle it end-to-end.
What's Included
What you get at every price range.
Every build includes: mobile-responsive design, on-page SEO setup, fast-loading code (no bloated page builders), SSL and security headers, a contact form that actually delivers, Google Analytics, and a handoff walkthrough so you can manage the site after launch.
Design is always ours. Copywriting is collaborative — we structure and edit, you provide voice and specifics. For Flagship projects we often bring in a dedicated copywriter as a scoped add-on.
Most likely, yes. Standard tools (booking systems, CRMs, payment processors, email platforms) are routine. For less common integrations we will quote the extra time in writing before committing.
We match the hosting to the project. A brochure site or small WordPress build runs perfectly well on managed cPanel hosting — it is proven, affordable, and easy to manage. For custom apps, high-traffic platforms, or AI-powered systems we deploy to enterprise cloud (Azure or AWS) where autoscaling, private networking, and managed databases actually matter. We will recommend the right option during scoping and explain the cost difference before you decide — we do not push cloud hosting on projects that do not need it.
After Launch
What happens once the site is live.
You do. Full stop. The code, the domain, the hosting account, the content — all in your name, under your control. We hand over every credential. No lock-in, no "we host it and you rent it" games.
Yes, as a separate monthly retainer. It covers plugin and security updates, backups, small copy and image changes, uptime monitoring, and priority response. It is optional — plenty of our clients self-manage after the handoff walkthrough.
Every project includes 14 days of free bug fixes after launch for anything we built. After that, bugs from third-party plugin updates or browser changes are covered under a maintenance plan, or billed at an hourly rate if you prefer ad-hoc.
Still have a question?
Book a 20-minute discovery call. No pitch deck, no pressure — just an honest conversation about whether we are a fit for what you are building.
